Product Introduction

YBNA-DC1000/40.5-1000 integrated prefabricated substation is developed by our company by combining domestic and foreign advanced technology experience with our own advantages, which is used for photovoltaic power generation. It not only saves the equipment cost, but also saves a lot of land, materials and human resources for substation construction. The substation can convert DC produced by PV arrays into 40.5kV high voltage AC. Due to the compactness, reliability, short construction period, simple installation and less cost, the substation is widely used in integrated  photovoltaic substation distribution system.

 

This product conforms to such standards as GB/T 17467-2010 “High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation” and JB/T 10217-2013 “Padmounted Transformer” and so on.


Product Features

YBNA-DC1000/40.5-1000 integrated prefabricated substation is arranged in “目” shape. It has the advantages of compact structure and attractive appearance. Its color can be determined according to user’s requirements, and is easy to integrate with the external environment;
The substation adopts metal-enclosed enclosure.The base is welded by U-steel, then undergoes electrophoresis and paint spraying. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength; 

The enclosure has good heat insulation, protection against rain and radiation and ventilation effect (natural air cooling at HV side and forced air cooling at LV side).
